CR Area Session 19: Mental Health and Well-being During the Restart Phase of COVID-19

Overview

On Wednesday June 17th we will have a guest speaker from Upper Island Counselling, Kelsi Baine. Kelsi will lead a discussion on mental health and well-being in the context of re-opening business. This discussion will include talking about:

·  Fears around unknowns and uncertainties.

·  Discomfort associated with the things I can't control.

·  Social anxieties related to perceived OR real judgement from others. What will they think??

·  Struggles with boundaries - what to share? Where is the line?

·  Struggles with balance - I need to balance reopening with staying safe - and navigate some strange "happy medium" in order to accomplish both. This feels hard and scary.

If you have any topics that you would like to cover but do not feel comfortable asking during the session, please email andreas@study-build.com in advance and we will share them with Kelsi.
